Who can Join?
Anyone interested in public child welfare can join NAPCWA.
What are the Membership Types?
Regular member: Someone who works for a public child welfare agency and is also entitled to vote in annual NAPCWA elections.
Associate member: Anyone interested in child welfare, but who is not an employee of a public human service agency. Associate members are entitled to all the benefits of regular membership, except that they may not vote in NAPCWA's annual elections or on policy positions.
